I am an attorney in Warrenville, where I have served on the City Council since 2011. My legal practice focuses on representing tech companies, startups, and entrepreneurs. I primarily work with small and mid-sized businesses. I handle a wide range of transactional legal issues, from day-to-day contracts concerning business operations, to one-time situations like company formation, restructuring, and acquisition or divestment.
I am a lifelong Warrenville resident, and I am married to Nicholas Graf. I have a B.S. in physics and a B.A. in English from Stanford University, and I earned my JD at the University of Michigan. I have enjoyed serving on the Fermilab Community Advisory Board for the past several years.
