I’ve been a member of the Chicago community for 30-plus years, and a northwest suburbanite for 20. I have a background in mathematical sciences, and an interest in economic and science policy, and consequently great appreciation of what Fermilab brings to both Chicago and the world. Professionally, I serve as an independent consultant, and as Chief Research and Strategy Officer for Unison, which provides tools and advisory services to Corporate Communications, Social Responsibility and Marketing teams. Previously, I worked for a number of consultancies addressing business strategy and public policy, and have been a member of the faculty at the University of Chicago and Purdue. My earlier training is as an economist and data scientist at Carnegie-Mellon.
