Jim has been a resident of St. Charles for the past 18 years. He is married, with two adult children. Jim is retired following 38 years in the insurance industry specializing in group insurance, employee benefit plans, and managed medical programs. Prior to his insurance career, he served as an officer in the Navy.
Following Jim’s retirement, he has been working part-time as the Financial Manager for a non-for-profit located in Wheaton, Spectrios Institute for Low Vision. Spectrios provides vision services to children and adults with low vision disabilities.
