Dean has resided in Geneva for 35 years. Over those years he has been actively involved in the community, having served 12 years on the Geneva CUSD 304 Board of Education and currently serving in his third term as a City of Geneva alderman. As a Geneva alderman, this includes serving as a Director on the Tri-City Ambulance Board of Directors. Prior to his retirement, Dean’s professional background was in agribusiness.
